Text-to-CAD  ·  CATIA V5

Just tell it.
CATIA Smart builds it.

The production-ready text-to-CAD AI for CATIA V5. Tell it what you want in plain English — a bracket, a gear blank, a housing — and watch the geometry appear in your spec tree. Made for CAD engineers, not coders.

What CATIA Smart does

Every CATIA menu — now reachable by words.

Anything you do today by clicking through dialogs, CATIA Smart can do from a sentence. 300+ operations across Part Design, Generative Shape Design, sketcher, constraints, dress-up, transforms, and booleans — all available through plain-English description.

— 01

You tell. It builds.

"Add an M8 through hole 25 mm from the right edge." "Make the corner fillet 5 mm instead." "Mirror the boss across the YZ plane." The geometry materializes in your spec tree, with proper feature naming and tree hierarchy.

— 02

Every operation you know.

Pad, Pocket, Shaft, Groove, Hole (simple, counterbored, countersunk, tapped), Rib, Slot, Stiffener, Multi-Sections Solid, Edge Fillet, Variable Fillet, Chamfer, Draft, Shell, Thread/Tap, Mirror, Pattern, Boolean, Sweep, Loft, Fill, Trim, Split — the whole vocabulary.

— 03

Sketcher to assembly.

Sketches with constraints, reference geometry (points, lines, planes, axis systems), wireframe curves, surface operations, and volume booleans. CATIA Smart handles the full design flow, not just sketch-based prisms.

— 04

Iterates with you.

Designs evolve. So do conversations. Change a dimension, add a feature, redo a sketch — each request lands in the same part, with the spec tree growing as you'd expect. No rebuild from scratch.

How it works

A new way to design — that respects your engineering judgment.

CATIA Smart doesn't replace your CAD skills — it removes the friction between intent and geometry. You stay the engineer. The clicks go away.

STEP 01

Tell it.

Open CATIA Smart alongside your CATIA session and tell it what you need. A dimension, a constraint, a complete part — whatever scale of intent you have.

STEP 02

Watch geometry appear.

Features land in CATIA's spec tree in real time. Names, parents, parameters — all standard CATIA semantics, ready for any downstream workflow you already use.

STEP 03

Refine in conversation.

"Make that hole 12 mm." "Move it 5 mm to the left." "Add a fillet on the inside corner." CATIA Smart updates the part in place. The history is right where you'd expect.

Tested on a real automotive part. Not a toy.

We rebuilt a 999-feature front-bumper tow-hook cover from a real production program — sweep by sweep, draft by draft, boolean by boolean. Every feature in the CAD tree mapped to an intent CATIA Smart could express. The result matches the source byte-for-byte.
